English: SEATTLE - The Russian Border Guard vessel Vorovskiy, arrives here in Seattle, for the conclusion of Pacific Unity 2009, Aug. 26, 2009. The Vorovskiy's visit marks the first by a Russian Border Guard vessel to the lower 48 states. The Vorovskiy is participating in Pacific Unity 2009, a coordinated North Pacific Coast Guard Forum scenario focused on demonstrating the partner nations' ability to provide maritime assets during an exercise occurring in the Pacific Northwest.
