Vinnytsya, Pushkin Street № 38. Built by architect V.P.Listovichiy. The house was built in the modernist style. Captain Chetkov ordered the project of the house to the Kyiv architect V. Listovnichiy, the teacher of Kyiv Institute of Civil Engineers. In 20 cen. maternity hospital and children’s hospital was in this house and now the government of town-planning and architecture of Vinnytsa borough council is located here.
