Description
English: Scatter plot of individuals, showing the first two principal components of Arabian and other populations. Each symbol corresponds to one individual and the colour indicates the region of origin. We carried out the principal component (PC) analysis, which infers worldwide axes of human genetic variation from the allele frequencies of various populations, using the smartpca tool, available in the EIGENSOFT package, based on Genome-wide 215,286 SNPs.
