Summary

Description
English: A variant of the astronomical symbol for 3 Juno. [1] There are several such variants, some tilted at a diagonal to give more room for orbs etc. on the scepter. Adopted for asteroid (103) Hera, the Roman equivalent of Juno. ( Martha Lang-Wescott places the cross between the orb and the star for 103 Hera.)
