  • White lines - current country borders
  • Darker zone - territory of modern-day Lithuania
  • Black lines - borders of Lithuanian ethnographic regions
  • Large red dots with words - cities over 100,000 inhabitants
  • Small red dots with names - cities with less than 100,000 inhabitants,
    marked only if they are considered capital of ethnographic region
  • Underlined names of cities - the city is considered capital of ethnographic region
