Alcalá de Henares. Diseñado por el arquitecto Francisco Fernández Longoria, consta de seis torres, para depositar libros en más de 250 km de estanterías. Se comenzó a construir en 1988, en terrenos cedidos por la
Universidad de Alcalá, y ha tenido varias ampliaciones. Actualmente alberga gran parte de la colección de la BNE, y cuenta con una sala de lectura con capacidad para 40 personas.

Alcalá de Henares. Designed by architect Francisco Fernández Longoria, consists of six towers, to deposit books in more than 250 kilometers of shelving. Begun in 1988 on land donated by the
University of Alcalá, and has had several extensions. It now houses much of the collection of the BNE, and has a reading room with 40 seats.
