English: Blazon:„Or, three
goat willows or sallows on a triple mountain vert.“
The arms were officially granted on April 3, 1928. The arms show a triple mountain with three canting sallows (German "Salweide" - Saalfelden). The arms appear for the first time in a roll of arms in 1620 and may have been granted in 1516 when the town got market rights.
Marktrechte offiziell verliehen.
