Summary

Description
English: Formation sign of the 62nd (2nd West Riding) Division WW1. Christened a 'duck', it was said by the troops of the division, "when t'duck puts foot down, t'war'll be ower". When the division, (the only Territorial division to do so), took up its occupation duties in Germany, the 'duck' was painted with its foot down on divisional transport.
