Summary

Description
English: Grand staircase of the former Granada Cinema in Woolwich, South East London. The building from 1937 was used as a cinema until 1966, then as a bingo hall and from 2011 onward as a Pentecostal church. The lavish interior design by Russian theatre director and designer Theodore Komisarjevsky has been preserved, including these painted panels, probably by Vladimir Polunin.
