Deutsch: Die Fürstin trägt ein blaues Kleid, dessen Brustlatz die Initialen ihres Ehemannes „O“ und „H“ in Perlenstickerei zieren. Auch ihr Kleid ist mit den Initialen des Herrscherpaares „S“ (Susanna), „H“ (Heinrich) und „O“ (Otto) bestickt. Über dem Haarnetz aus Goldschnüren trägt sie ein flaches Barett aus Brokatstoff mit weißer Feder. Die kostbaren Kolliers, das Goldarmband und die zahlreichen Ringe an den ineinander gelegten Händen machen Susanna zur aufwändigst ausgestatteten Fürstin innerhalb der Bildnisreihe.

Susanna von Bayern war in erster Ehe mit Markgraf Kasimir von Brandenburg-Kulmbach verheiratet; seit 1529 verheiratet mit Pfalzgraf Ottheinrich. Die Konversion ihres Mannes zum lutherischen Glauben 1542 vollzog Susanna nicht mit, sie blieb katholisch.
