Though the picture is copyright © to the BBC, I ( Wolf of Fenric ( talk) 04:35, 12 February 2008 (UTC) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:
- The image is a low-resolution copy of a publicity photograph;
- The image is being used to identify Steven Taylor, a fictional character from the television series Doctor Who;
- No free alternative exists;
- The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the image in question.
