A Software Process is a set of related activities that leads to the production of a software product. There are many different software processors, but all must include 5 activities that are fundamental to software engineering.
1. Software specification (Requirement Analysis – RA)
2. Software Design
3. Software Implementation (Coding)
4. Software Validation (Testing)
5. Software Evolution (Maintenance and further Development)
6. AMC
The phases that are necessary to develop and maintain a software system is called “DATA STRUCTURE”. The steps are shown in the graph above.
