type 45 - turn left (or right) 45 degrees with rate one turn, then fly straight ahead for 35 seconds, turn right 225 degrees also with rate one and you are on the course. 55 seconds later you reach the initial point. Totally this maneuver takes approximately 185 seconds.
type 80 - turn left (or right) 80 degrees with rate one turn, level wings and then turn right 260 degrees also with rate one. 40 seconds later you reach the initial point on the same line. Total time is about 160 seconds.
