The non-free logo image applies to the newspaper column called "Night Cabbie" and is used in the article Night cabbie to identify and illustrate the article about the column by the same name. It comes from the online newspaper archives at sfgate.com. It is a full resolution copy of the logo used at the top of the column, and inasmuch as the column no longer runs and the columnist long ago quit writing new columns, it is a historical logo. As per WP:FURG the full logo is used in sufficient resolution to fairly convey the branding message and quality intended by its owner, while not being so large that it could be used for any counterfeit or piracy. It is used here to describe the column, which is not competitive with the original commercial purpose of selling newspapers.
