The writer was assigned to the Jesuit college at the beginning of 1658 Graus retaliation for the publication of the three parts of the Critic (1651, 1653, 1657). The portrait was in school grausino of the Society annexed to the church of the Jesuits, which was dismantled in 1960. However, the portrait had been moved prior to the parish church of San Miguel de Graus.
