English: Joel Bennett Clark, better known as Bennett Champ Clark, at the Democratic National Convention in Baltimore, Maryland. His father, Champ Clark, was favored to win the Democratic presidential nomination, but lost to Woodrow Wilson. Bennett Champ Clark later became a Senator representing Missouri from 1933 to 1945, and a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit until his death in 1954.
