English: Ashbury College Women's Rugby Team is a member of the National Capital Secondary School Athletic Association (NCSSAA) in Ottawa, Ontario as well as the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations (OFSAA). The program has travelled on multiple international tours over the years. The team is recognized for its continuously strong and successful varsity program, run by head coach Jennifer Boyd (received female coach of the year in 2008). The girls team has won a gold provincial title in 2002, 2003, 2006, 2007, 2008, and a silver title in 2009 and 2010. The single A private school competes among AAA/AAAA teams for the provincial title. The Ashbury College Women's Rugby Team did not qualify to compete at OFSAA in 2011 for the first time in 10 years. The girls who participate in this program are motivated and inspired by the passion, commitment, and teamwork that is unparalleled by any other rugby experience in the area. Notable players from the Ashbury College Women's Rugby Team are Shannon Kane (Team Canada Women's), Julianne Zussman (Wing, Team Canada Women's), Dana Achtemichuck (Fullback, Team Canada U20), Maggie Cogger-Orr (Hooker, Team Canada U20, Rebecca Lefevre (Scrum-Half, Team Canada U20), and Jill MacLaren (Lock, Team Canada U20)
