Description

Built in 1981 and 1982, 9000 were made, built in Northern Ireland for the American market and it featured gull wing doors, fibreglass underbody and brushed stainless steel body panels. This car was made famous in the Movie Trilogy 'Back to the Future'. staring Micheal J Fox and Christopher Lloyd, the modified car was used as a time machine travelling to different periods of time (1985 to 1955 to 2015 to 1885) in Hill Valley, California, their adventures and difficultys in getting back to their original year. This particular car was the first of three built for the first movie, it appeared in all three movies and then was a tourist attraction for 25 years at Universal Studios in Hollywood Photographed at the Peterson Museum
