Ferdows ( Persian: فردوس) [3] is a village in, and the capital of, Ferdows Rural District of Esfandaqeh District, Jiroft County, Kerman province, Iran. [4]
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 592 in 161 households, when it was in Esfandaqeh Rural District of the Central District). [5] The following census in 2011 counted 830 people in 231 households. [6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 881 people in 262 households. [2]
In 2017, Esfandaqeh Rural District was separated from the Central District in the establishment of Esfandaqeh District, which was divided into two rural districts, including the new Ferdows Rural District. [4]
