Fahlian ( Persian: فهلیان) is a village in, and the capital of, Fahlian Rural District of the Central District of Mamasani County, Fars province, Iran. [3] The village is the merger of the former villages of Fahlian-e Olya and Fahlian-e Sofla. [4]
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population (as the total of its constituent villages before the merger) was 2,298 in 535 households. [5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,177 people in 601 households. [6] The 2016 census measured the population as 1,925 people in 609 households. [2]
After the census, the two villages were merged to form the new village of Fahlian. [4]
