Eugen Carl Kaufmann or Eugene Charles Kent (8 January 1892 – 21 June 1984) was a German architect. [1]
Kaufmann was born 8 January 1892 in Frankfurt am Main. [1] From 1925, he was engaged at the New Frankfurt project under the leadership of Ernst May. Later,[ when?] he joined in a city planning with E. May, at the invitation of the Soviets.
Kaufmann moved to London[ when?] and became a naturalized citizen on 28 June 1939. [2] He opened his own architectural office there.[ citation needed]
