EmbroidMe was founded in 2000 by Ray Titus in West Palm Beach, Florida. ^[6] In 2002, the company launched its first foreign store, and in 2004 the first store in Australia opened.^{[ citation needed]} In the same year, the company opened its 200th store.^{[ citation needed]}

In 2017, the company changed its name to Fully Promoted. ^[7]

In 2006, EmbroidMe ranked 20th on ASI Top 40 distributor list *2006 - EmbroidMe is ranked 1st in the Embroidery Category by Entrepreneur Magazine.

The following year, in 2007, the company ranked 21st on ASI Top 40 distributor list. CEO Ray Titus won Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year
