Edmonton Tower [9] is a 29-storey 129.84-metre (426.0 ft) tall, office building in the Ice District area of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It opened in mid-December 2016. [7] In total, it has 3,700 square metres (40,000 sq ft) of retail space, [10] and over 48,000 square metres (520,000 sq ft) of office lease-able area. [5] It is Edmonton's eighth tallest building. The main tenants have been:
A large video display, using light-emitting diodes, shows images on the exterior glass of the top four storeys of the tower. The display was installed during construction and first used in January 2017. [16] The building's developer, One Properties, stated that the Oilers Entertainment Group was involved with the project.
