Dylan Eitharong ( Thai: ดีแลน เอียธรงค์) is a Thai-American chef and owner of Haawm (หอม), a private Thai supper club in Bangkok, Thailand. [1] [2] [3] Born in Florida, Eitharong operated Bangrak Thai Street Kitchen, a pop-up in Orlando. [4] [5] [6] He moved to Bangkok in 2019 and opened Haawm, described as “a speakeasy with reservations,” out of his aunt's house in On Nut, serving seven course meals inspired by classical Thai cuisine.
