User:Eumat114 - This draft is at a different level of detail than our existing articles on tropical cyclones. We currently have an article on the tropical cyclone season in each of the seven basins, and an article on each significant tropical storm by name, and an overall historical article covering multiple centuries. This draft is about the year, combining the seven basins. Has a decision been made to document tropical storms at this level of detail, by year, in addition to by year and basin, and by storm? If so, where is this decision documented? If not, why is this draft being submitted now?
