Thank you for your time. I am trying to improve the sources for the article. I have removed links to websites that are not considered relevant sources, such as pastadimartino.com and antonioamato.it, as well as some Italian websites. Do you have any suggestions on how to improve the sources further?

I have read the guidelines, but any additional suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have also added references from The New York Times and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office website.
