I've been attempting to bring the article inline with the WP:NPOL guidelines under the fact that rumours of a run for MP in a safe labour seat (rumours that we now know to be factual). Outside of that however I thought it worth while to state that even if Mr Akehurst is unable to win in the North Duraham that I believe there's worth in having the article inline with WP:NPOL's guideline reffering to minor (non-national) politicans with with adequate newsmedia coverage. While their was a redirect article regarding Luke Akehurst, there was no one singular fitting article to either redirect to or merge info on Luke Akehurst into — be it the National Executive Committee of the Labour Party, Labour First or as now the mainspace redirects to the 2021 Oxford City Council election. It was this, along with his role in Labour Party politics and numerous attempts at running for national office, that motivated me to make a proper wikipedia contribution. I thank to @ Voorts and @ JamesVilla44 for draftifying the article over deleting it for this reason.

One potential concern with my contributions might be the article's dependence on LabourList. While the e-publication is rather neutral on factional issues within the Party and organisationally seperate from it, the source could be seen as bias towards Labour due to it's strong support towards the Party, an issue we wouldn't want the Wikipedia article to have for obvious NPOV reasons. I'm unaware if there's a specific site policy on such points so I would value others' knowlage and input on such a potential issue. In the mean time my current thought is to expand to add on non-LabourList sources where applicable.

A secondary one is my mistaken use of LinkedIn as a source for Mr Akehurst's education and employment outside of politics (which I believe is the source of the WP:OR notice? If this is not the reason, please let me know.) Likewise I'm set to searching for propper verifiable sources, but if not am willing to have the section deleted prior to moving the article to mainspace.
