This might be better as a topic covered by RS, rather than claiming notability for this particular academic article, because there is RS that covers this topic. For instance see the following:
Hautekiet, P., Saenen, N.D., Martens, D.S. et al. A healthy lifestyle is positively associated with mental health and well-being and core markers in ageing. BMC Med 20, 328 (2022).
https://doi.org/10.1186/s12916-022-02524-9
Sapranaviciute-Zabazlajeva, L., Sileikiene, L., Luksiene, D. et al. Lifestyle factors and psychological well-being: 10-year follow-up study in Lithuanian urban population. BMC Public Health 22, 1011 (2022).
https://doi.org/10.1186/s12889-022-13413-4
Mental_health#Prevention_and_promotion seems to be the currently existing landing point for the topic we could call
lifestyle and mental health. I speculate that that section is ripe for improvement and that another separate article on the topic isn't needed. As for this article and topic, Bogart concludes his treatment of the subject with "I often share these principles with clients and encourage them to practice them in their own lives." I think that that clinical practice is likely what motivates the detailed discussion and coverage in reliable sources (notability). I plan to include that in the article. I also think the article would benefit from a list of the topics addressed.

Thanks for the feedback. And a new article may not be necessary since, as you have shown, an appropriate section for this topic already exists. ---
