Hello @ Onel5969:. I'm surprised you would question the notability of this topic, since it's included in Unesco's list of intangible heritage of humanity (see 1). But even that aside, several books in English do mention it and explain it in some detail, such as 2, and 3, and websites, such as 1, 2.
