Sam L. Felts (September 29, 1889 – October 15, 1977) was a justice of the Tennessee Supreme Court from 1960 to 1964. [1]

Born in Cheatham County, Tennessee, Felts served as second lieutenant in World War I. [1]

appointed February 1, 1960, to succeed A.B. Neil, who retired February 1, 1960; elected 1960; judge of Court of Appeals, 1937 to 1960; retired 1964. [1]
