Delta Asher Hill [1] (formerly known as "Chase Tkach [2]") is a political activist from Orleans, New York and a renowned advocate for sex workers' rights and harm reduction. [3] Hill served as an At-Large State Committee Member for the Libertarian Party of New York and was the founding Chair of the Orleans County Libertarian Party. Originally raised in Orlando, Florida, Delta Hill traveled across the United States before making her home in Carlton, NY with her first husband, Oles Tkach, who was born and raised in Russia. Hill and Tkach officially divorced in 2021, and on January 3, 2022, she married Spencer Hill—a date that also marked her mother's birthday.
Delta Hill is best known for her advocacy in the field of sex work, although she's also an anthropologist. [4] Details about her anthropological work are limited, primarily consisting of her own ethnographic research projects, which have focused on employment opportunities for sex workers. She graduated at Genesee Community College [5] in Batavia, NY in 2023.
Delta Hill now lives in Las Vegas, NV, where she continues to advocate for sex workers' rights. Although she retired from the industry in 2022, she has experience in nearly every aspect of it. Slate magazine [6] covered her 3D-printed gun videos, which she posted on an adult content website as a protest against social media censorship. A firm supporter of the Second Amendment, Hill has an AR-15 tattoo on her arm with the phrase "Give Me Liberty."
In 2019, she ran for Orleans County Legislature At-Large and received 12% [7] of the total votes; this was considered the highest percentage of votes received by a third party candidate in Orleans County, New York's history. She is the author of the best selling "new release" Sexual Liberty: Memoirs Of A Sex Worker's Fight For Freedom, April 2, 2021. [8]
