The company went public on the Taiwan Stock Exchange on August 24, 1999. [7]
On March 23, 2010, Zyxel Communications was spun off and became a subsidiary of the newly established holding company Unizyx Holding Corp. (later renamed Zyxel Group Corp. on June 15, 2023) [8] On October 30 that year, Zyxel Communications spun off its original equipment manufacturing business into MitraStar Technology Corp., which is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Zyxel Group.
