William "Billy" Anthony Andlauer (died August 1, 1953) was a filmmaker and theater owner in the United States. He made a film with Jack Johnson and the Kansas City Monarchs, a Negro National League team. [1] [2] He also filmed Kansas City verse the University of Missouri football games. [3]

He was born in Lone Jack, Missouri. [3]

He filmed the Nighthawk band coming to Kansas City and performing for a radio show. [4]

Making a film woth Jack Johnson was set back when Johnson was imprisoned at Leavenworth. [5] [6]

He owned the Victor Theater on Minnesota. [7]
