In our uncertain world we are increasingly required to work with people who aren't like us to solve problems we may not even know exist yet. Human skills like empathy and compassion are complementary to the advanced technical ability offered by new technology.
Social Agility helps people develop their human skills to show up more confidently nd work together more effectively. Evidence shows that by bringing back human, we become not only more productive and efficient but also happier and fulfilled.
To help achieve this the term Social Agility combines two key domains of knowledge and expertise.
Social Intelligence- How we understand ourselves, engage with others and with the world around us to achieve goals and objectives at work.
Professional agility- How we keep pace with the demands of the modern business landscape, stay resilient, and adapt in uncertain times at work.
