Patrahi is a small village/mark Rampura Block in Jalaun district, Uttar Pradesh State, India. It comes under Patarahi Panchayath. It belongs to jhansi Division. It is located 49 km (30 mi) towards East from District headquarters Jalaun and 288 km (179 mi) from the state capital Lucknow. The nearest town is umari, while and jhansi and Jalaun are the nearest cities.

Orai Railway Station(Patrahi Station), orai Railway Station and orai railway station are the nearest railway stations. Orai is a stop of many trains for big cities such as Mumbai, Delhi and other cities.
