Otto Langey (October 20, 1851 – March 15, 1922) was a composer in the United States. His songs were recorded on Victor Records. [1] He was from Germany. [2] He wrote method books instructing on how to play various instruments.
His arrangements on classical composers were used in silent films. [3]
