Nuclear incident at Khabarovsk, Russia. A civilian may have uncovered these materials as they were doing a routine survey and found dangerous radiation near a pylon not far from the "Radon" plant. A state of emergency was declared and "radioactive materials" removed under strict precautions. As of yet there is no official word what these materials were however they may be part of a radiotherapy machine that was stolen then illegally dismantled for scrap metal. It is noteworthy that an increase in radiation has been detected in Sweden.
