The Nations Unbound Great Cyber War is an umbrella term for a series of heavy keyboard clashes in #general-chat of the Nations Unbound Nation Roleplay Discord Server, which dates back all the way to the first anti-staff protests to the currently ongoing neo nazi conflict in the server.

The rest of this wikipedia page will cover a part of these conflicts. Note that this is subject to change as it is a completely new concept to the server and currently written by only one member, S3MNL. These events are based not only on personal experiences of S3MNL but also on chat history in the Nations Unbound Discord Server.

History

The first series of keyboard warrior clashes in the server date all the way back to season 1, when some particular members were dissatisfied with the rule of the staff department (idk I just had to put smth here).

The oldest combat in #general-chat mostly saw participation between the communists and anti-communist forces, with the communists having the advantage on terms of e-firepower for a while however soon they got outnumbered by the anti-communist forces and they have both reached a stalemate, with trenches and fortified e-positions constructed equal to the horrors of the First World War.

These communist clashes still continue to this day however most men and women have returned from the front lines and currently find themselves as "sleeper cells" in this particular cyber conflict.

After the communist conflict a new short-lasting threat rose, as many Islamic Extremists (Jihadists) from other collapsed Discord NRPs started migrating to Nations Unbound, making it a perfect place for terror and raiding cells to grow which soon switched from firing live cyber ammunition to other members to suicide strikes by raiding the server with disturbing imaginery such as CP, which are strictly prohibited under international law and Discord Terms of Service and saw a quick and effective staff response, with a total destruction of all extremist assets and a permanent ban from the server.

However, some moderate Islamists still find themselves in the server. These are not considered a threat as they did not participate in the raiding efforts nor did they institute to support them or plan to execute a similar job.

After the Jihadists got annihilated as a threat, a particular individual called "Bakisa" entered the server with his agents commonly known as the "E-MOSSAD". They claimed to be there to "investigate" the raids and other events which have occurred in the server, and soon clashes started to occur which quickly heated up with Bakisa and his agents threatening to raid/nuke the server while most of the members developed a deep hatred against them. The owner, Nauru, was quick to ban them however it is unclear what their current activities are, with some believing some of their alt accounts are observing the server at all times and allegations of a nuke in Nations Unbound also hitting #general-chat.

The final conflict and the same one that is currently active in #general-chat is the struggle between national socialists and most other members and staff department. As the neo-nazis attempt to defend themselves, the members greatly outnumbering the neo-nazis launched many assaults into their territories with moderate success. As they advanced into enemy positions they were met with live machine gun fire by the enemy forces in #general-chat wounding many but, surprisingly, not killing anyone. The members have requested the staff department to intervene more using aerial strikes with MQ-9 Reaper/Predator B drones and F-16C/D Block 50/52 as these have proven to be extremely effective in previous cyber-wars, however, no response from the staff department has approved any of these strikes so far.

The conflict still rages on with many casualties and large amounts of live ammunition flying everywhere you can think of.
