Saipuram is a village located 5km away from Vuyyuru, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. Its original name was Lakshmi narasimhapura agrahaaram, established by the King of Kondapalli in 1585 AD, over the name of swayambhu Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy. It is renowned for its Vedic culture for centuries.
The village holds significant cultural and religious importance due to its vaidika culture and enduring traditions for centuries. There used to be 300 brahmin families at the peak time most of them dedicated to vaidica parirakshana. There used to be hundreds of students learning vedam in the gurukulams at any given moment. There used to be great vaidika pundits who were appointed by british as evaluators and certifiers of vaidika learnings covering the area all the way kalingapatnam to madras current day Chennai.

The village follows the Vaidika tradition (Sri Krishna Yajurveda) and focuses on the preservation of Dharma. Notable individuals have historically led the preservation of these traditions.
