Krsto Delišimunović was a Croatian military commander from the Delišimunović noble family. He was the son of Franjo Delišimunović and the great-grandson of Šimun Radojčić. [1]
From his youth Krsto served in the Karlovac Krajina as a cavalry officer. He later became a captain in Tounj in 1648, as well as Barilović and Križanić-Turnj throughout the years 1655-1670. [2] He subsequently served as captain [3] of Karlovac. [4] Krsto received the rank of Baron in the year 1675. [5] He married the widow of Andrija Gušić, Marija Posarelli and adopted her son Franjo Krsto Delišimunović. Upon his death Krsto left all of his titles and properties to his son Franjo Krsto Delišimunović. [6]
