Making raw papaya Halwa is very easy.
Making raw papaya halwa is very easy.
You can quickly prepare it with minimal ingredients.
It is also beneficial for health.
Raw Papaya - 1
Milk - 500gm
Ghee - 4 tablespoons
Sugar - 1 small cup
Cashews - 10-12
Almonds - 8-10
Raisins - 9-10
Grated Coconut - 3 Tablespoon
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tablespoon
To make papaya halwa, first peel and wash the raw papaya.Then cut the papaya, remove the seeds, and finely chop it. Also, finely chop cashews and almonds.Heat a pan on medium heat, add ghee. Once the ghee melts, add cardamom powder.Then add the finely chopped papaya and sauté for 10-15 minutes.When the papaya is well roasted, add milk and cook for about 10 minutes.When it thickens, add sugar, then cook for another five minutes and turn off the gas.In a separate pan, heat ghee on medium heat, then add cashews, raisins, almonds, and grated coconut. Cook until golden brown.Pour this mixture over the papaya halwa.Now, the tasty raw papaya halwa is ready to be served.
