Haashim Simmons (born September 5, 1975) is a retired American basketball player who played for several clubs in Europe. During his career, Simmons has played in Hungary, Kosovo and Turkey. He is considered to be one of the best foregin players in the history of Trepça. [2]
Simmons averaged 24,2 points and 8,4 rebounds per game during the 2004–2005 Kosovo Superleague season. [3] Therefore, he was selected MVP of the season.
Simmons played for Erdemirspor of the Turkish Basketball League in 2005. [4] He made his debut against Tekelspor scoring 3 points and rebounding one time. [5]
He averaged 14,8 points and 6,1 rebounds in the Nemzeti Bajnokság I/A 2006 season. [6]
