Ganna Krasnostup ( Ukrainian: Ганна Миколаївна Красноступ, Ganna Mykolaivna Krasnostup; born November 30, 1981) is a Ukrainian lawyer and media expert.
Since September 2020, she has been Head of the Department of Information Policy and Information Security at the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine. [1]
Since 2021 - Representative of Ukraine in the Consultative Body of the Parties (Consultation of the Parties) to the Council of Europe Convention on Access to Official Documents (the Tromsø Convention). Since November 2021 - Vice-chairman of the Consultation of the Parties. [2]
Since October 2023, she has been the national coordinator of the Council of Europe's five-year Campaign for the Safety of Journalists, Journalists Matter. [3]
She participated in the preparation of the Laws of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”, “On Public Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine”, and “On Media”.
PhD in Law (2009, National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine).
