Fresh Step is an American brand of cat litter owned by The Clorox Company, started in 1983. Its tagline was "Freshens in Every Step".

Fresh Step is designed to help cats find the litter box that allows some odor control, similar to that of Tidy Cats.

When they started using the first Fresh Step litter in 1983, it is the only one where cats are ready to go. Due to this, the litter is use to fight odor and ready to scent, along the unscented version of this, it is the world's most-scooped litter.
