Esther (Tessa) Ogden is the CEO of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR). [1]

Ogden has been the chief executive officer of CEPR since 2014. She is Consortium Director of the Structural Transformation and Economic Growth (STEG) research programme, as well as being Programme Group Chair. [2] In a 2020 letter to António Guterres, she also ratified CEPR's support for the United Nations Global Compact. [3] She manages the centre's over 800 annual publications, ranging from work on the reconstruction of Ukraine to the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as managing the centre's diverse network of over 600 research fellows. [4]
