Dr. Paul E. Chodoff (1914-Aug. 21 2011) was a Psychiatrist and former president of the American Academy of Psychoanalysis and Dynamic Psychiatry from 1976-1977

[2]. Chodoff became a psychiatrist after the Second World War after serving in the Army Medical Corp and treated Patients with PTSD and studied the psychological effects of the Holocaust and would later co-write "Psychiatric Ethics"
