Clark Brewster is an American attorney based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Brewster is the founder of the law firm Brewster & De Angelis PLLC. His practice focuses on medical malpractice, complex civil litigation, and high-profile criminal defense. Brewster has represented numerous high-profile clients and obtained significant jury verdicts against large corporations. He represented Stormy Daniels, including when she testified against former President Donald Trump at his criminal trial alleging falsification of business records in New York. [19] [20] [21] [22] [23] Brewster represented Bob Baffert in matters related to Thoroughbred racehorse Medina Spirit, who was disqualified after finishing first in the 2021 Kentucky Derby. After failing to act on Howe’s information, the government later prosecuted her for conspiracy, willfully making a bomb threat, and possession of a destructive device. She was acquitted at trial. For over 30 years, Brewster has been involved in thoroughbred horse racing. [49] He owns and races horses, with over 3,400 starts and nearly $13 million in earnings.
