Charles Henry Appleton Dall (1818 - 1886) was a Unitarian preacher and writer. [1] He was the first Unitarian minister to India.[ citation needed]
mHarvard has a phorograph of him from 1834. [2] His missionary work was documented in Calcutta. [3]
Maria Dall was his aunt. [4] He studied Latin. [5]
He authored hymns. [6] In 1842 his lecture on the Condition of the Poor in England was published. [7]
Fellow minister and Harvard classmate John Healy Heywood wrote a memorial pamphlet titled Memorial to Charles Henry Appleton Dall. Our India Mission and Our First Missionary Rev. Charles H.A. Dall. [8]
