Boe Lynn Bowen (/Bohlin Bohwen/ ;born Oct 7th, 1977) is an American Lawyer. He is currently a managing attorney at The Bowen Law Firm.. [1]. Boe was admitted into The State Bar Of Texas in 2013. Since 2016 Boe has been known for making contributions to the delivery of legal services to low-income Texas and every year thereafter.
Boe was born in 1977 in Cypress, Texas, United States. Boe Attended Nimitz High School in Irving, Texas where he graduated High School. After that Boe went on to join the United States Navy in November 1997 where he became an Intelligence Specialist and was part of VS-38 sea control squadron better known as " Red Griffins". He was later stationed on the USS Constellation serving in the Iraq War earning the Golden Shellback and Sand Soldier Honors. After leaving the military to pursue legal education, Boe started to Attend Kingwood Community College now known as Lone Star College. He received the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society reward in 2003. Boe Became a student of the year and won the award Who's who in 2004. He also co-founded and was an editor in the Kingwood Times. For a short time Boe attended the University Of Houston from 2003 to 2004 and in that short time became part of the Sigma Chi fraternity.
In 2004 Boe went on to Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. He was a part of Sigma Chi, the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society, and the Alpha Chi National Honor Society. Boe Lynn Bowen graduated Magna Cum Laud with a Bachelors in Speech Communication. In 2011 Boe Attended Thurgood Marshall School Of Law [2] becoming a part of the Student Bar Association and participated in the Mock Trial Program. Boe graduated Magna Cum Laud from Thurgood Marshall School Of Law in 2013 before starting The Bowen Law Firm PLLC. In 2016 Boe attended and graduated from The Children's Commission Trial Skills Training where he trained to improve his litigation skills raising the caliber of legal representation to children and families in child welfare cases across the state of Texas. When the year 2019 came, he was admitted into the Supreme Court Of The United States where he can fight legal cases there. Boe has been serving on the board of the Houston Northwest Bar Associationwhere he was Vice President of this association in 2019. Over the years, he became a prominent figure in the legal profession, that being family law, estate planning, probate, civil litigation, and personal injury cases. He earned recognition by Premier Lawyers Of America in 2020 and 2022, Attorney of the Year in Top 100 Lawyers to just name a few. Throughout his career, Boe Bowen has represented a diverse range of clients, providing legal services at a low rate or Pro Bono basis. He has been involved in numerous cases, often tackling complex legal challenges with diligence and determination. In addition to his practice, Boe activity engaged in Pro Bono work, dedicating the time and expertise to assist individuals with limited access to legal representation.
