Avanu Mathe Shravani is an Indian Kannada language romantic drama television series that aired on Asianet Suvarna from 16 June 2014 to 30 June 2017. It is an official remake of the Hindi language TV series Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. It starred Surya Darshan and Chaitra Reddy in the lead roles of Surya and Shravani.
The story revolves around Tamil physician Dr. Shravani and Kannadiga Gowda businessman Surya. Infertile, Shravani forms a motherly bond with Surya's daughter, Deeksha, who was abandoned by Surya's ex-wife, Nisha. Shravani and Surya put aside their ego of each other to marry in order to protect Deeksha and ultimately win custody of the child.
Dr. Shravani and CEO Surya, who reside as neighbors, initially had a strained relationship and harbored mutual dislike. Establishing a bond with his daughter Deeksha proves challenging, as she was only six months old when Nisha left.
Meanwhile, Dr. Shravani, who adores children but faces infertility due to a medical condition, forms a deep bond with Deeksha. Despite initial animosity rooted in misunderstandings, Surya and Shravani decide to enter a marriage of convenience for Deeksha's well-being. Surya seeks custody of Deeksha through this arrangement, while Shravani marries him to provide Deeksha with the maternal love she was deprived of.

Surya portrayed the role of Surya, an arrogant entrepreneur struggling to convey affection to his daughter. Chaitra portrayed Dr. Shravani, a woman unable to conceive, who forms a deep bond with Deeksha and expresses maternal love towards her.
